How to successfully taper
Hey all...SWIM is having trouble quitting and has recently tried CT...but the physicals are so unpleasant and also to SWIM's surprise for some reason suboxone did not take anything away (swim took an 8-2 tablet after strong WD symptoms started).
So....swim figures that a taper may be a good thing to do to get the WD down. But does a taper even help or does it just perpetuate the symptoms of WD? Is there a good way to go about it? Say...if swim is used to using about .5g/day what would be a good schedule of tapering? Sorry for the long email, but any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! crazypumpkin added 12 Minutes and 51 Seconds later... sorry for the double post but the substance swim is trying to quit is H Last edited by crazypumpkin; 02-07-2009 at 14:25.
