Two quick questions

SWIM just stumbled upon 4 pills of 7.5 Hydrocodone. SWIM weighs 185 and wants to know if this will be enough. How should SWIM ingest these pills and what should he do? Also, if SWIM ate a good amount of food a few hours ago, would this effect how strong these pills are?
