Combinations - tramadol +others

swim takes persciption pain killers for back pains but of late swim feels like passing out and has high blood pressure.Swim also takes other tablets for other health problems but i was wondering if swim was taking to many or if what swim was taking should'nt be taken together.On a daily basis swim takes

Tramadol 50mg 2 at a time 3 times daily...300mg total
paracetamol 500mg 2 a time 3 times daily..1500mg
co codomol 2-4 a day (not sure of dose)
omrozole 1 a day for swims ulzer
dicofec 1 a day for inflamation

im worried swim might be taking too much. Any information would be helpful
