I saw on the DEA's website that some kids on the east coast are selling mushrooms emulsified in chocolate. has anyone tried similar emulsifications with anything (say RCs)? anyone like this idea?: one gram of 5meoAMT dissolved in 20 ml of warm alcohol, then poured over one fourth a package of dried confectioners gelatin, then flattened on wax paper and allowed to dry. good idea, bad idea?

Are you serious? DEA says kids are doing mushroom-smoothies in chocolate? I gotta go pay those critters visit. This sounds like a re-visit to Reefer Madness. Next buying chocolate milk will be considered grounds for a search warrant for your house! Thanks for the tip...birdbrains..... |

its not just the DEA, I myself have been approached with these chocolate shrooms before. I of course refused, my grounds being many and varied (I still have no proof they were actually mushrooms and not some noxious amalgamation of deliriants or worse.)I understand the need for a standard dose in most cases, butits a material Im confortable with (5meoAMT) and believe me I wouldnt be putting an inch squarewindowpane in my mouth to start with. I've never heard of there being anything except mushrooms and chocolate
in "mushroom chocolates." Though it's certainly understandable that you're uncomfortable with them. They are very common at times in the SF Bay area, and typically are equivalent to 1.5-2g p. cubensis per chocolate. Whenever I've seen them offered, the seller said how many grams they were equivalent to. The best thing is to make them yourself - they are easy and fun to make, and delicious to eat. Extraction of the shrooms isn't really necessary, one can simply mix powdered shrooms with the chocolate. The only difference is that they are grainier this way.Edited by: radiometer |

Yes. Mushroom chocolates are rather popular these days in the U.S. Best to know the person that you are getting thwm from to know the dose and what's in them for sure. Otherwise you take your chances.
