yes. it removes the risk of "impulse use", which is what will lead you straight back to addiction. knowing that the effects of heroin cant be felt, gives a sense of safety and security. it takes days for the tablets to wear off, and lets face it, you dont pick up a phone to score for 4 days later.
its a safety guard for post detox, and as long as you take the tablets everyday, you will remain safe from relapse. swim has been thinking that people in the US should start lobbying for government funded naltrexone for recovering addicts. or at the very least government subsidized. |
