newbie to tea, pro with opies. have questions

SWIM's rabid rodent just recieved 25 dried pods and wants to make tea. he has been on a very consistent dose of 120mg's of roxycodone and 60mg's of m.s contin daily for about 3 years now and is confused about how many pods he needs to use for him and his girl-rodent to feel a nice, somewhat "noddy" experience. the foaming ferret has read up on this, but finds himself confused as there are so many different recipes out there. he mentioned wanting to get the opinion of samuraigecko on this subject....
