It's about rectal use of opiates. I don't think it mentions heroin specifically, but I'd imagine its generally the same.

My turkey tried this recently as his veins are fooked but he used .1 and got absolutly nutin!! I think he must of stuck the syringe up a wee bit 2 far, anyone else took it up the arse here???

Swiy would need to use more than if it were used I.v. because its not as direct a route.. More direct than oral or insuffation but still not I.V.. level

Swim heard that u only need to whip it up only 5cm any more and u miss the blood vessels that absorb it in to ya system and u ruin the dose although that last diagram seems 2 insinuate otherwise.................?
