Fluoxetine, Alcohol, Tremors and Muscle Spasms

SWIM finds drinking large amounts of alcohol over a sustained period of time (5 days) while on fluoxetine increases the liklihood of tremors and muscle spasms once the alcohol intake has stopped (does fluoxetine increase the adverse effects of alcohol i.e. withdrawl). SWIMS friends had no such tremors. Any thoughts?
