Selling research chemicals in Canada
A person I know just bought a couple grams of 2C-I and is currently selling them in gel capsuls. He does say the substance is 2C-I but he also says the effects are somewhat like a high dose of mushrooms/ low dose of acid. I am aware that you can buy 2C-I in Canada legally. If you were to buy 2C-I and sell it to people is there anyway that you can get charged with trying to sell drugs? Again this isn't me selling this substance.. I am just worried about my friend getting into shit.Edited by: Bwen |

Most/all online research chem. vendors state that the chems are not for human consumption. When one puts them in capsules, that claim loses all credibility, and the legal situation changes totally. </span>By selling them this way, one increases the likelihood of these chemicals becoming illegal.

Yep, the only feasible way that could be possible is if he had them sign a disclaimer saying that it would be used for research purposes only (which would never happen
), but knowing that the 2c-i is packed in capsules proves intent for human consumption.

Re: Selling research chemicals in Canada
Further more, most countries have sales tax, and the government is entitled to a percent of the sales. If one does not claim their 2C-I sales on their income tax (capsuled or not) they are most likely committing a crime, depending on the place of residence.
