Experiences - Collective Hallucinations?

Yesterday swim and 8 other people went to a friend's house to have a little party, just to chill, music.. something a little private.. 5 friends and swim took E.. let's say, Monique, Kim, Lisa, Tim and George..

We were at different parts of the house.. at some point Tim said.. "haha this is weird, when I look at Jonh, I see him wearing sunglasses!!" But he wasn't, swim was like: swiy's crazy, he's not wearing sunglasses.. (John wasn't on E)

Then swim and her friends were sitting together.. and all of sudden.. OMFG swim saw the sunglasses on Lisa!!.. and then on Tim and George.. the glasses on each one of them were different, as an example, one was wearing glasses for reading, another friend big aviator sunglasses, other friend just regular casual glasses..

The only person at the house that had sunglasses was Monique, but she wasn't even wearing them..!!!

Swim and friends couldn't find an explanation, coz each friend described how exactly the glasses looked and everyone agreed they were looking at the same type of glasses on that specific friend..

It was sooooo freaking awesomee!! Swim knows hallucinations are not very common on E, they do happen to some people.. BUT.. THIS WAS A COLLECTIVE HALLUCINATION! Everyone saw the exact same thing that wasn't really there... Swim never hallucinated before while on E...

Swim doesn't know what caused that, maybe the pills, everyone took the same type of pill..

Has anyone experienced this before??

Well if one person says don't think about an elephant, an image of an elephant probably just popped into your mind. Things can be manipulated and when everyone is on a similar level it's even easier.

I totally believe in collective hallucination; ive never heard of it with e, but dont doubt that it is possible. on a couple of occasions I have been like "wow, did you see that" and a friend will describe exactly what i just hallucinated.

Also with theese types of drugs somthing really weird and out of the ordinary usually happens, like weird states of mind just attract weird shit to us. Life is more interesting when frying, not because you are altered as much as just that you attract really unexpected stuff

Well in our case the glasses dissappeared until we spread out.. we had enough time to describe the glasses tho..

To have the slightest hallucination under mdma it is necessary to take it a lot. And when swim say a lot it is at least 1g. It arrived to swim several times after having abused with mdma (1,5g in 24 h) to see things, but it is less intense than with a psychedelic drug.

I think any kind of mass hallucination is down to suggestibility.

clearly laced bro. SWIM has never been even close to hallucinating while on MDMA. MDA causes minor hallucinations, but it is pretty obvious when you take it, it's not MDMA. If that was the only hallucination and the rest of it just felt like E, then it most likely was MDMA, with another psychoactive additive.

But a part of MDMA also metabolizes into MDA.

And what makes you say that the pill is not MDA? its impossible to do pill identification on the internet, it is quite possible that it was MDA.

MDMA would have to be ingested in extremly large doses (I believe there was a study that suggested somewhere over 1 gram) in order for a significant amount of it to be convereted into MDA in the body.
