New to Adderall

Hello everyone,

I just went to the md and she gave me adderall. Im having problems at work and thats why i got on it. She started me at 10mg, and i go back in 1 month to *tweek* it. How long before i start seeing any results. I took one yesterday, nothing changed. Any suggestions??
