Sub-counscience no2?

when swim does a charge of n2o swim says somethings which he has connected as a problem he has experienced. for ex. swim once had a bad mushroom trip where he began to bleed from the nose. now every time swim finishes a charge swim say "am i bleeding?" swim wants to know if this is has to do with it being a dissociative? and if swiys have had some kind of experience?

Re: Sub-counscience no2?

Swim isn't completely sure, but swim has noticed that whatever he was thinking about just before taking a large hit of nitrous tends to repeat over and over in his head for about 20 seconds. So maybe if swiy is thinking about the nose bleed before taking the hit, then it just keeps being thought about and is resulting in this experience?

Swim has found he must think of something pleasant or a funny joke or movie before taking a large hit of nitrous. If swim isn't thinking about something before the hit, then any old thought will pop up, and if it happens to be an unpleasant thought it is very intense and unpleasant.

SWIM has noticed that many of his friends tend to repeat certain phrases after a balloon. Probably because speech seems so novel, and you're too far gone to formulate more than a single thought anyway.

Re: Sub-counscience no2?

The repetition is more likely then not meaningless, the Doktor has seen patients take grat joy in the feelings of the words, regardless of their context.

On the other hand, they might actually be concerned, the dissociated state does tend to produce unusal physical sensations (see first paragraph) that might be hard to understand given the mental effects. Might try handing them a tissue and saying "yes". Worst that will happen is they freak out for 30 seconds, drug wears off, and you explain why it was necessary.
