getting out of a positive test

my friend had been using cocaine quite a bit and her parents became
suspicious and gave her a drug test. she says the coke came up as
amphetamines and told her parents it was adderol and they believed her.




not that i dont trust her or anything, but does this sound believable?
is that how the tests work...like they don't say "cocaine" or w/e they
just say whether or not any amphetamines show up at all?



and last question... if i were positive for meth, would it show up as
methamphetamines or just amphetamines? and could i use the same excuse?

Depends on the test really. Some are so cheap that you gotta match the letter (A,B,C, etc)on the tester to a letter somewhere in a huge paper full of intstructions, and a lot of times people will use these just to see if they are positive of anything or not, or were too busy/stupid to look in the instructions to match the letter up. Again for the meth/amphet question, it depends on the test. The cheap ones won't tell the different, like 5 panel or less ones, but 7 panel and up should distinguise between the two, it really depends how much they spent on the test. The labs that do tests definatly will be able to tell. You can use the same excuse as long as they don't send it to a lab to make sure, or they are stupid. Hope this helps.
