Other - Ophthalmic Cyclosporine Codeine Potentiation

SWIM has a prescription for Cyclosporine that he has had for several years. Recently when browsing through the forum he discovered it's ability to potentiate Codeine. However, there is not much information on the potentiation of Codeine using ophthalmic Cyclosporine. SWIM's prescribed dose is one drop in each eye 2-3 times a day. The concentration of the medication is .5% cyclosporine and 99.5% filler. SWIM used to have 2% concentrated Cyclosporine (his opthamologist said 2% is the strongest available) and would probably be able to receive this again if he asked nicely. Anyways, SWIM is wondering if anyone happens to know a good ophthalmic dose for Codeine potentiation. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
