swim has people in his head. psychosis, sleep deprivation, or alien abduction?

Swim is speaking for people in his head. This is kind of hard to explain, but swim will try. These "people" aren't really talking to swim, swim is talking for them. An example, swim just took a shower and swim asked himself "should i wash my hair?" and then immediately swim's voice replied to his own question - "No ill do it." Swims voice replied to his own question, but it definitely wasnt swim who said it. Another example, swim was getting dressed and swim asked himself, "should I scratch my head?" (i dont even know why swim asked this because his head didn't itch) And immediately swim's voice said "no ill do it, my arms arnt sore." - the "my arms" were not swim's arms.

Swim has asked about 10 of these stupid questions in the past 2 hours. Swim thinks he has 3 other people living in his mind right now... and one of them is swims dad. Wierd. Swim doesnt recognize the other 2. Swim is trying not to ask these questions but he cant help it, they just happen. Swim is losing his mind.
