Increasing violent behavior after binge.

has anyone elses dog seem to feel extremely violent more and more after their dog binges for a few days. My dog used Meth about 3 years ago almost everyday for 6 months and stopped. Well recently my dogg started usiong meth again the past 3-4 months and i have noticed my dog being alot more violent during the "comedown" of his binge. Just the other day my dog flew off the handle cuz there were 3 other dogs barking at his female dogg at a local target, my dog attacked the 3 other dogs and injured one the dogs pretty bad.
