What's an antidepressant that is also a stimulant and doesn't reduce libido?

I'm looking for a good antidepressant. The only stipulations are that it needs to be a stimulant and it needs to not have the side effect of reducing libido (sex drive). Are there any such antidepressant? Thanks.

Re: What's an antidepressant that is also a stimulant and doesn't reduce libido?

I believe that Wellbutrin(bupropion hydrochloride) fits your description perfectly. I use the twice-a-day 150mg pills, but there is a once-daily dosing method as well. My doctor specifically mentioned the reduction of libido when I started Celexa(citalopram), and when I told him that the Celexa is not enough for my depression, he told me about the option of adding Wellbutrin. It is definitely a stimulant, some people even feel like they're on amphetamines, but eventually that part disappears and just makes you more awake. He also mentioned that Wellbutrin is used to combat the sexual side effects of the usual SSRIs when added on.

Currently, I'm on 40mg Celexa and 300mg Wellbutrin daily, and it might have just saved my life. Talk to your doctor about a possible add-on to what you are currently taking, apparently Wellbutrin is more of an add-on that an antidepressant by itsself, but it depends on your condition.

Good luck.
