Combinations - Dimenhydrinate PARTY and combination with xanax for bad trips

Some friends of SWIM want to do a 4-5 people Dimenhydrinate party. They never used deliriant antihistamines (but some of them used daturas). Only SWIM used a maximum of '150mg Diphenidramine + 150mg Caffeine' to see if orgasms were better.

SWIM tried to explain them that a Dramamine party will never be funny or introspective. But they just want to do it (being high on anything) without spending time in reading, so they rely on SWIM for dosages (SWIM thinks maximum 600mg of Dimenhydrinate each) and some kind of "supervisoring" (even if they know that everything its 100% their responsability).

QUESTION: Would be safe to use some Xanax (Alprazolam) drops to counteract some (eventual) "bad moments", as your monkeys know?

SWIM knows this may sounds crazy but any answer (better with quoting links) would be nice.
SWIM is also undecided if taking Dimenhydrinate with them or just making pictures/videos while sober.

P.S: SWIM has not anymore access to Diphenidramine. Only Dimenhydrinate (basically Diphenidramine + 8clorotheophylline).

I don't really understand what this is asking so some elaboration would be nice...
What kind of party is this planning? I wouldn't exactly view diphenhydrin-anything too be a party drug. Usually diphenhydrimine makes one tired, so if you are planning a sleeping party maybe this would be good.
If you are planning a group trip then I would recommend having more than a few sitters. I would recommend that everyone be at least slightly versed in diphenhydrinate before dosing, but if that is not an option you can go on erowid for dose information. Diphenhydrinate usually requires twice the amount as diphenhydramine does. However if you read some of the trip reports in the experiences thread you will soon find out that the trips are really subjective from person to person. However as a 130 pound male SWIM finds that anything provides relaxation. 350 mgs of Diphenhydramine, so probably 700 mgs of Diphenhydrinate, provided a manageable experience with light visuals. If SWIM really wanted to trip he would probably take 500 mgs, 1000 in SWIYs case. However SWIM has been working up in the dose ranges. That being said I would STRONGLY recommend that everyone try this in incriments and work up to a tripping dose. Diphenhydramine is not exactly a drug to take lightly if one plans to delude themselves.

However I have gone on a rant already without a clue on what kind of event you are planning so I believe I can clear a few things up if you give me more information.

Why a Dimenhydrinate party at all? SWIM can understand why such a party sounds appealing; Dimenhydrinate is extremely easy to obtain and consume, as well as being something that you can "trip" off of. If SWIY is looking for an easy to obtain substance that could be fun at a party, SWIM would recommend instead that SWIY's friends try a low dose of DXM (somewhere in the 150-300mg range). DXM can be very fun and euphoric in low doses, as well as having the power to make SWIY "trip out" at higher doses. However, if SWIY is set on a Dimenhydrinate party, SWIM would recommend at least one person stay sober (deliriants make it very difficult to respond to an emergency). Also, if San Pedro Cactus is readily available in SWIY's area, this could be a great alternative.

To answer your questions OP:

-700mg for everyone, a 145 pound person on 700mg will achieve delerium. Adjust amounts base doff that

-Do not take benzos with DPH. The shit is hard enough to stay awake on while make yourself even MORE tired taking a benzo?

-Not a party drug at all, everyone is going to be keeping to themselves and alot of confusion is going to take place. It would be very amusing to video tape this SWIM would love to see what takes place, mostly liekly SWIY too.

@MasterG: Actually the guys want NO sober/sitters. There is some kind of philosophy: ALL OR NOBODY. SWIM is kind of thinking of underdosing because it can turn dangerous. Or maybe refusing to do it at all. I think that I should not talk about redosing. They would eat a shitload of pills, due to the impatience of being high, since they are not experienced with dimenidrinate (when does someone can think: "Ok, I'm high enough" on deliriants?)

@caltrain208: SWIM had many experiences on DXM (575mg maximum) and thinks DXM is too good/appealing/available to be introduced to that kind of guys, that would eat/smoke/inhale anything (some of them did even car fuel) to be high. Consider that here SWIY can get 375mg of DXM in 25ml of syrup, without other active ingredients (NO EXTRACTION NEEDED. JUST BUY THE LITTLE BOTTLE AND DRINK). So SWIM introduced deliriants, something anybody would not do on a regular basis.

@12oz-mouse: Since SWIM already has some xanax drops, he thought it would be good to bring them in case of "bad trips", heavy agitation or similar. But he found no clue about compatibility/dangers of mixing.

It's not the first time something like this happened.
He is already labelled like a guy that 'talk and then don't do things' or 'paranoid/overcareful'. But this is another story...

Ya SWIMs friends and him usually have the same philosophy. The only real trip that SWIM has had where he had a sitter was when he smoked Salvia and tripped out for the first time. But that was pretty much because one of Swims friend's little sisters was just there...awkwardly...
SWIM understands this philosophy just so long as the doses stay rather low and manageable, probably anywhere below 1000 mgs of Diphenhydrinate. 700 mgs per should be rather maneagable. But as a member of this community I thought it was my responcibility to at least suggest a sitter.
