Beer Brewing Questions.
Hi everyone,
Swim has had really really bad luck with hard cider in the past and has decided to try his first batch of beer and wanted to go over what he has done to make sure everything was done correctly: He bought 3.5L of non-alcoholic beer (no colorants or preservatives) but it does contain "lactic acid".Is this beer OK to use? And is it OK to ferment at 30C?He's not looking for anything fancy, just something drinkable since alcohol is outlawed in his country. Thank you, Robo.
