Drug info - How to potenate codeine? help plz

Swim was wondering what the best way to bring back the feeling of the codeine or if there's a way. Swim took 3 tylenol 3's and was really tired and went to sleep and now i'm awake with tremendous pain in my knee.....How would one potenate codeine? lets say taking some hydroxyzine or maybe tramadol 200mg ER would work? Need some quick advice im in tremendous pain.

Exercise. Every other method has a negligable effect or is just flat out bullshit in swims opinion. If swiys knee hurts, work his arms, swiy will feel like a codeine virgin again if he commits to it.

You probably do need stronger meds, although there are plenty of threads on codeine potentiation around here.UTFSE!

swim got the tylenols from a friend and has now been put in a leg brace and gets darvocets which arent that strong.

If SWIY is in such tremendous pain he should go to his doctor and talk to him about further pain relief. I do appreciate that it is often difficult to receive prescriptions for pain-relievers even with genuine pain, but he should visit his doctor nonetheless.

Swim found grapefruit juice had the opposite effect, made him feel sick with no euphoria. He calls bullshit on it.
