A few things about Opiate R & A

Some things about the Opiate recovery and addictions forum before posting.

Only one journal thread per member at a time.

Please use the search engine before starting a new thread, as most common questions have been answered numerous times. This saves Mods time and reduces the signal to noise ratio.

Please try limit posts to life experience, or information that can be confirmed by an outside source. Please be sure to preface any statements as experience or with links to information.

NEVER incriminate yourself, no one in this forum uses, or has ever used illegal substances. This is very important, and will consequently cause an inexperienced swimmer, and Mods the most problems. Moderators have enough to do without having to edit posts due to a newbie not reading the rules. They are very busy with other moderating activities, which this editing function takes away from.

This is not to say Mods are not there to answer questions, but more often than not, with a little research, the question can be answered on your own. Think of how good swim will feel when the question that are seeking the answer to, is answered...on your own.
