Liquid LSD

SWIM has just brought a bottle of liquid acid. It has a slight yellow/brown tinge in color and has a slightly bitter taste. After doing 1 drop on a fruit pastel SWIM and friend didn't feel anything. After about 2 hours both tried another drop. After 4 hours from the 1st drop a slight euphoria is present however no major hallucinations, so another drop is taken. Does SWIY think that the LSD is fake or just not very strong?
