Health - Werid side effects from Adderall?

Ive had a prescription for adderall for about a year now, my dose now is 100mg a day. It dosent seem to work anymore, its not consistent. Every day is different with this drug and I cant figure out whats going on.

For example sometimes i will smoke and it will be great but an hour or 2 later and smoking gives me neck pain which is always on my right side and it gives me what looks like a lazy eye on my left eye. It dosent happen with any pattern just when ever it feels like messing up my face!

I used to be able to focus but it was getting so bad I couldnt take 5 mins to eat something, really bad anxiety. Ive tried taking more but it seems to have no effect. I even went 2 weeks without any but still nothing.

Ive been getting these really weird breaths...I have no idea how to explain it. But the last time i had it was when I was sleeping and I woke up with extreme pressure on my right cheek bone (not painful) I could feel my heart beating pretty hard then I had the weird breath. When I jerk off i get them sometimes also.

Its been literally painful to take adderall the last couple weeks. Ive looked up drug interactions with adderall but nothing really explains all this. Any advice?
