Opinions - What the hell is wrong with SWIM and his weed ?!?!?

SWIM is getting really frustrated by the fact that his weed could be nothing but some crap. SWIM is not a newbie when it comes to smoking Marijuana but SWIM is sure there is a lot of highly experienced SWIMMERS that could help SWIM out regarding this problem.

SWIM has 2 dealers. One dealer provides SWIM with mid-grade and the quality is so-so. The high also doesn't last very long either. Gets you sleepy, makes you tired a little bit - surprisingly doesn't get SWIM any munchies weird. $XX a gram. SWIM then has this other dealer who sells only good upper-class weed. Not White Rhino, White Widow, that type of exotic Marijuana but pretty much nugs with no seeds, apparently has a lot better quality than mid-grade. Well, it looks like, this 2nd dealer is up and down with his product. One day, his shit is fine, and the next SWIM can barely get high. Keep in mind - he only sells this weed that's in higher class than mid-grade is and it has no seeds but from time to time even his so called "exotic" weed is not strong at all.

For instance last night swim got 2 grams. Keep in mind, this is $XX a gram. It looked dark, and kinda moist - like a sponge when you press it. And it had all these long red hairs around it. It looked real ugly to be honest. SWIM couldn't tell if there was any visible crystals even under the lamp. The smell is not that strong, it's there but not that strong.

So SWIM rolls up a blunt and takes a few hits. What a horrible weed SWIM just smoked. The high is really weak, makes SWIM sleepy but the high goes away real short.

SWIM remembers smoking weed before some exotic stuff and it makes swims head spin, gives him nice giggles...gives him nice munchies and makes him just wanna watch tv and chill and have a good time.

So what can SWIM do here ??!?

Is it possible that no matter how strong the weed is, with the highest THC % someone cannot get high anymore for some unknown mysterious reason. One could talk about tolerance but SWIM believes he doesn't have it. SWIM smokes when he comes home from work...and takes a few puffs before work to relax that's about it - so by no means is he a heavy & chronic smoker.

Forgot to add: This weed that SWIM got from his 2nd dealer 2 days ago, it was moist and just like crumbled up together - he couldn't break it up with his hands as it would take hours to do so - it's not that crumbly at all. SWIM had to use kitchen scissors and cut up the shit.

SWIM believes, good green weed that crumbles up in your hand gets SWIM way highter than this BS my 2nd dealer has been selling me.

SWIM is already looking for a 3rd dealer - and hopefully SWIM can commit to someone.

SWIM finds most of his dealers have crappy weed for some customers and higher grade weed for their better customers. SWIM recommends getting to know him a little better and eventually SWIY might start getting hooked up all the time. SWIM tries to have 4-5 dealers at a time because it sucks when a couple of them are out or one of them is cheap enough to try and sell SWIM shake.

^ SWIM has been buying from him for a very long time now. SWIM would think that he and his dealer are not friends by any means. SWIM is his customer and he's SWIM supplier. He gets SWIM money ~ so he should be able to deliver.

Well... swim thinks the fact the weed is moist indicates that the weed was harvested very recently and so wasnt properly cured... this could account for its low potency, as a proper curing is required for the weed reach its greatest potency.

Another way for doing this is to microwave the weed (without grinding) for some 2-3 minutes, stopping each 30 seconds for avoiding the risk of it catch fire.
After any of this processes, the weed turns dry, crunchy, darker, and as strong as it can possibly be, as all the THCA was transformed to THC.

Several people at the mentioned cannabis forum (swim included) tried it and comproved it actually works, provided that the weed wasnt properly cured. Swim doesnt know if its the problem with swiys weed, but swim thinks swiy should try it, as swiy hasnt anything to lose, and everything to win.

EDIT: Swim just saw swiys another post... befriending a dealer is always a profitable thing... for both swiy and the dealer.

It is possible that SWIY's dealer is growing his own, and maybe not doing a great job of it, or else getting it from an amateur grower. This might account for the variation in quality, as well as the variation in density, etc. A surefire way to judge quality is to get a cheapo magnifying glass and look for resin glands, or trichromes (the shiny crystals). Under magnification, they will look like long mushrooms kinda. Clear to milky trichromes means an early harvest, mostly milky means they are at peak THC levels, and as they start to turn red, they become higher in CBD. THC gives the up high, CBD gives the down, couch-lock high, so its a matter of preferance, but too red or brown, and the trichromes have started to deteriorate. Maybe SWIY should start hanging out with some like-minded individuals, and if they have good shit, ask to pick up with them some time. Getting new hooks is hard for sure, but maybe you will find someone with some bomb shit, and are cool to hang out with.
