Im about to move on to the BIG H
SWIM passed on this note....
Well ive been using fentanyl for a few years now, i smoke it on foil. my habit started with vicodin and then moved to percocets and i just had my first oxys last week. the price for those are crazy so i planned on trying some tar for the first time...what should i expect. im going to smoke it first then IV it. is it the same as fentanyl or oxys?
