Combinations - Opiates + Muscle Relaxers

A while back ago swim received some percocet for the first time. The first time he tried was extremely disappointing. But the second was the most beautiful thing swim has ever experienced. He has since desperately tried to recreate that feeling, but to no avail. Looking back, after a few months, he realizes that the only difference, to his knowledge, between that particular experience and the rest was that he took about 2-3 muscle relaxers (flexeril or soma) on that occaision. But swim finds it hard to beleive that it would make that big of a difference.

No tolerance is present. And this is not a question of potentiation, because swim has since taken doses much higher than the original and gotten nowhere.

So, my question is, could the addition of muscle relaxers to an opiate experience really change the effects that greatly?

For most, muscle relaxers add next to nothing to an opioid experience. It may aid in pain relief if muscle pain is a factor or in the case of flexeril extra sleepiness. Swiy may need to titrate the dose to find the sweet spot. Swim has noticed that with opioids a type of muscle memory to the desired effects can be achieved over time, if that makes sense. Its hard to say why swiy hasnt gotten the same type effects without knowing the dose and duration of use.

SWIM took 20mg of oxycodone and 700mg or 1050mg (cant remember) of Soma (carisoprodol) last night and had the best time on it. SWIM doesnt get much recreational value out of painkillers on their own. Now SWIM will only take PKs with Soma as it achieves the ultimate high. Throw in a little weed and he is off to the moon. Nothing can match that high. Though mixing downers is not recommended, this was a supreme combo for SWIM. Be careful!
