adderall and toking the ganja.

SWIM has been taking adderall for a month now. Not as prescribed just abusing them every 3 or 4 days now. Lately, when SWIM smokes herbs, sometimes his heart starts beating crazy, breathing heavily and all that jazz. SWIM is sure it is a panic attack and was just wondering if that is a common thing. Its not just when he is on addys but when he tokes some green all by it self. Just curious, thanks.
