nodding

Is nodding a part of heroin that is expected / normal? Or does it mean you took too much?

And when you nodd off, what's it like? Do you feel anything or hear anything? Is both your body AND you mind both out for the count... or do you have some idea as to what's going on but just can't get your body to respond? Do you dream as if sleeping? Can someone give me details?

I mean, say a person is unresponsive completely. But you pull them up onto their feet... and with alot of effort you are able to hold them up and get them to 'kinda' move around. So their non responsive in that they seem to not be able to respond... but if they can 'kinda' move a leg - well - they are "in there" right?
