Addiction - Couple withdraw questions

Okay swim have been using alot of Norcos the past 3 months probably 5-12 a day. Or 20 vicoden a day. Before that he was just doing 10mg of methadone a day for about 4 months and went to rehab and relapsed and got kicked out. Recently Swim did heroin 3 times in a 4 day span, after that i had pretty bad withdraws, was that from the heroin or from the NOrco/vic. Plus swim plans on withdrawing in about 7 days. Moving awaay to maui. i was wondering if the heroin just made the withdraws really bad. Can swim WD from H after doing it 3 times (smoking). Also My last dose of Norco was last night so i should be WD but iswim picked up an OC 80 to help with the WD pain. With the OC just cancel out my WD or will it act as like say if someone took tramadol to ease the WD symptoms. Hope you can understand my question.
