Overdose - Alprazolam

Well one day, SWIM decided he was very unhappy and wanted any drug he could get. it happened that his puppy had some xanex lying around. SWIM decided he would take 4 footballs and relax with that. SWIM really cant recall much after that. SWIM remembers for the first few hours he felt basically nothing but others insist that even then he was seriously fucked up. SWIM decided that the xanex had no effect so he smoked a few blunts with his puppies and this pretty much sent him into a complete daze. He had to idea what was going on and in videos hes seen it showed him on a rock shaking his head and hands very fast lookin down giggling and telling himself he was a "reborn christian". After this his most horrible puppy offered him some triple c's (cough medicine, DXM), about 8. SWIM soon after passed out in his friends car which was stopped by a cop. The cop eventually woke SWIM up. SWIM had no idea what was happening or going on and memorys jump from place to place and ended up in the hospital.

SWIY could have taken approximately up to 4mgs of alprazolam (Xanax), which is the equivalent of two bars. That's considerably sedating alone. Smoking cannabis further intensifies the sedative actions of any benzodiazepine, as SWIM has experienced himself many times. Adding a recreational dose of DXM is what makes this combo potentially dangerous. Too much CNS depression can result in respiratory failure, however, with the drugs taken, and the approximate doses of them all, I highly doubt an ER visit would have been necessary for SWIY.

But w/e. I just hope SWIY has health insurance, or that can get costly.

Each football is 1 mg. 2 bars are the same as 4 footballs. The ER visit was unnecessary for SWIM but they helped him recoop.

Xanax is the brand name. The chemical as well as generic name for the substance is alprazolam.
