Other - Ketamine in Costa Rica / Mexico

Hello all. I was curious if anyone had information about the legality of (and subsequently how to acquire, if illegal), Ketamine in Costa Rica or Mexico.

I am most interested in Costa Rica for the time being, because of an impending trip, but also curious about Mexico. I know as of at least a few years ago, K was available quite easily in Mexico through a vet/pharmacy, but I am don't know the exact process for that.

Any information or links anyone can share about this would be appreciated.
