SWIM is planning on starting 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine supplementation. SWIM read that it's good to combine these, but SWIM doesn't know what the doses should be.
SWIM plans on: 200mg 5-HTP and 1250mg L-Tyrosine in the morning, at least half an hour before breakfast (with 7mg B6 and 10mg Niacinamide present in capsules). 200mg 5-HTP and 750mg L-Tyrosine in the afternoon, 30 minutes before dinner (with 5mg B6 and 10mg Niacinamide present in capsules). 5mg Melatonin in the evening, half an hour before sleep. SWIM is concerned about switching 5mg Melatonin to 200mg Tryptophan (with 200mg Inositol and 15mg Niacine present in capsules). How effective would that treatment be for SWIM? Should SWIM get more or less? Any further advices for SWIM? SWIM is thankful in advance. |
