lowering tolerance to oxycodone with suboxen?

swim has been prescribed oxycodone ir (roxicodone) 30mg for over a year now now for back pain. swim is suppose to take 1 every 4 hours but waits until about 10pm to take (either orally or insufflation) all that he needs at one shot which lasts all night and thru the following day. he now realizes that the half of pill he started to take at night has turned into 6, and would like to lower his tolerance back down and hopefully achieve that virgin rush again. how long with suboxen does this usually take for someone who takes 6 pills (180mg) only at night. and what should the dosage be like with the 8mg wafers. sorry for the questions as he is getting the suboxen from a friend because he was told once you get prescribed suboxen, you can never be prescribed any other opoid therapy treatment again.. thanks in advance
