MDMA never the same again? missing ingredient

SWIM has now heard from a number of different sources that one of the ingredients for MDMA has been taken off the shelves in the UK, and can no longer be bought over the counter.

Can someone let SWIM know if this is true or not, as there seems to be a shortage at the moment...
