marijuana and antibiotics

hey, i have a sinus infection and am taking zithromax. do you think that there would be any adverse reactions to smoking weed?

Nope, I am currently on a prescription of Ammoxicillin and have been
smoking habitually. No problem with the prescription or anything... I
dont think there is really a connection between the 2 drugs. With that
said, smoke away brotha

I have found in the past that smoking when i have sinus pressure will usually alleviate the tension. But know that sense your sick your body is working to fight off the infection, and by smoking your not helping yourself out at all. Recovery might take a little longer, and you are more suseptable (sp) to another infection. Someone on here who had mono got strep by smoking.

I say a little bit shouldnt hurt to much, so toke one

Seems to me like it will also help you to eat more food, so this will help your nutrition as well. I had pnemonia one time and couldn't hit a light cigarette because it hurt too bad, but i still smoked the reefer, and it made me feel better. Just don't snort anything and you should be alright.

Neither I, nor anyone I know or have heard of, has had any negative interaction between herb and any antibiotic. You're good to go brother.
