Social - California people... Whos going to EDC?

Swim has 3 purple zoo yorks(pokeball), 1 green bomb(also pokeball), and 3 green mickey mouses. Swim will only take 3 or 4 in total this year. Last year swim took 5 at the same rave and had a nasty migraine after the 5th pop. I'm excited for EDC! Who else is going?

I'm going to EDC! Can't wait...and by the way, since SWIY seems like you'll be re-dosing here's my suggestion:

Take your initial dose, then take halfs every 45 minutes to increase the duration. . .

this seems the most efficient way to re-dose, while not increasing side-effects

SWIM is going to EDC, too! It should be lots of fun.
SWIM is only going on Sat. since two days of rollin' is not a good idea.
SWIM is planing on taking 4 to 5 over the 12 hrs.

swim is super psyched for EDC. The line up looks simply fantastic, shame about fatboy slim though, shame...

swim took 6 beans last year, along with some liquid acid that he sort of overdid it on... one of the weirdest experiences in swims life. He was hungover for quite awhile afterwrads...

This year swim plans to not overdo it so much. He will take maybe 4 beans, along with some 2c-i while waiting in line to get things rolling.

He has a hard copy of his saturday ticket, but is going to try and sneak in friday and befriend some ravers, maybe bartering drugs for a hotel room

This is going to be a fantastic weekend...

SWIM just about cried when he heard FBS was going to miss out. The 27th is a special day from SWIM unrelated to the event, and he does not want to fry his brain too bad, so it is the only day he will be attending. His drug line-up consists of dex-amphetamine, "Green Dolphin" Ecstasy pills (having a guinea pig try some tonight, will be with him to be the final judge on quality, if not has multiple other sources), Gabapentin, Hashish, Oxycodone,Ehtanol and plenty of Newports and Vicks. Should be a party of epic proportions, for the US at least.

SWIM cant wait! 3 more days to go! Yea SWIM will probably take halfers every 45-60 minutes after the initial full first dose. SWIM is also only going on Saturday however some friends he knows will be going for both days. They are going to drink on Friday and roll on Sat. Cant wait to dance the night away!

any experience reports? swim attended edc Colorado which was a blast but the lineup and size was nothing compared to calif. how was benassi? swims going to global dance fest @ red rocks where benassi will be performing

Well this SWIMmer ended up having the time of their life. Started by drinking up before line, which was amazingly only 15 minutes long. Made it in with all said above substances, ended up smoking hash the whole night, along with cannabis. Doses with nuerontin about 3 times total, started with speed/oxy combinations, then moved to 1 pill E, 1/2, then 1/2. The E pills were of very pure quality although medium sized dose. Ended up getting some LSD tabs (great quality and pretty good strength) from a friend as a birthday gift, and finished the night off with oxycodone, although it is possible he lost the pill, he isn't sure.

SWIM missed bennassi because of the 1. Clusterfuck, 2. Seperating of original group and newly formed groups, 3. Too many other great sets.

The Size was absolutely insane! So many people, which was not a bad thing for the most part. The kinetic field was absolutely packed though (Colliseum) while most the other stages weren't too bad. Although the carnival ride lines sucked. While This SWIMmer has the whole night as a giant clusterfuck of awesome in his memory, but the sets that remembers seeing most of were Markus Schulz, The Crystal Method, Kaskade, Marky, and a small bit of Infected Mushroom. The Kaskade, Schulz, and Method were his favorite of all he heard that night.

All in all a great time! And one step closer to being more like Europe.

swims EDC experience:

swim and his mate dove down to EDC straight from the vans warped tour in pomona (big chance of atmosphere, i know). well, swim successfully snuck into warped tour, so he naturally planned to sneak into fridays EDC. after parking at the hotel his mates were staying at, he proceeded to the colluseum and walked a lap around the area, not finding any holes in security. there were also about 50 other people doeing the exact same thing, and it was quite obvious. swim and his mate decided to take a seat at the california science center that was right outside of the DNB room and listen to the music while they thought up another plan. shortly, the saw about half a dozen kids run up to the gate outside the colluseum and begin to climb (fence was about 15ft with the last 3 facing outwards) swim decided this was his chance and ran for it. he got up to the top of the fence, then realized his foot was caught on something. one of the CSC staff security was tugging at his foot. he desperately pulled back and eventualy security let go. swim went tumbling to the other side of the fence, landing directly on his head.

swim wakes up in an ambulance to an unbearable pain and blood soaked clothes. he arrived at the hospital and was stuck in a corner for awhile while he yelled and screamed un agony. eventaully the docotrs took a look at him, stiched him up (9 stiches) and shot him full of morphine, took a catscan, then shelved him an a room (he was no insurance, so the county covered the bills) swim had to keep bugging doctors for morphine just to get a little sleep that night (slept a total of 2 hours).

the following morning one of the nurses told swim he probably wouldnt be release for a few days. fuck that, he said, and called up his compadres for come rescue him. well about 2pm (2 hours before EDC would start) my two friends showed up and brought me a qisguise i had requested. I changed in the bathroom, throwing my gown away and pulling the IV from my arm and with my collar poped and my hat pulled low i walked out the door and straight to EDC.

swim was in bad shape, but he had been looking forward to EDC for ages, and hed be damned if he was going to miss it because of what some doc's said. was a sideshow at the carneval, with a black eye and bandage around the stiches on his chin, still wearing his bloodied shirt and limping when he danced. but he still had a blast. he took 15mg 2c-i and 5 ecstacy pills (euphoria is a pain killer, right?). he really enjoyed kaskade, cosmic gate, markus schultz, crystal method, and infected mushroom (circut grounds was where it's at) he rode a ride or two, but felt a little ill afterwards. anyway, swim had a great time and doesnt reget a thing.

there is a pending lawsuit againt the EDC event staff.

SWIM met someone who had a video of a mob of ravers rushing the gate at the DnB stage. . . and it looked like nearly everyone got in.
