up for third day on adderall.. plesae advise??

THis is day number three and swim has been taking about 60 - 70mg a day just to stay awake. Not feeling good at all.. pain in shoulders and sluggish left arm... SWIMS heart rate is ok but is having a little chest pain.. SWIM guesses this is to be expected.?. Should SWIM be taking more at a time so swim doens't feel like this... also SWIM want to know how to handle alcohol being swim is going out tonite. Will it make SWIM feel better?
