Does anyone else find this?
SWIM does codeine and find it makes him want food. It doesn't necessarily make him hungry, it just really makes him want to eat because it tastes nice. It makes him really love milk too - SWIM could easily drink a full two litre bottle of milk if he were left to his own devices (which he isn't, cause it would look a tad weird to SWIMs parents if he downed the whole 2L lol).
Tonight SWIM had some codeine, spaced it out more and dosed a bit more than usual. It's not nearly T+5hours and he is still feeling it strong - he has eaten a burger, about 3 bags of crisps (or "potato chips" for the americans), about a litre of milk, a few pieces of fruit and a few slices of bread. He could eat more and he would really love a big pint of milk, but it's nearing 2am and he doesn't want to wake everyone.
Is this just SWIM? SWIM finds he especially likes nice drinks on codeine - he wishes only that paracetamol (APAP) wasn't bad for the liver so he could have a nice glass of wine with his codeine.
EDIT: SWIM should point out that this is his first time with codeine for about 3 weeks and that he did some booster doses T+2 which is why he is still high T+5 hours. I love having zero tolerance
