Preparation - Preparing crystal K for injection

When preparing crystal K for injection either IV or IM should swim use distilled water from a needle exchange (or similar) or should swim use hydrochloride acid (or something similar) or sodim chloride; or some kind of mixture of all 3 as that seems to be the ingredients listed on many Ketasetic, Ketaset, Ketanest amd Ketalar products?

Also swim read somewhre it was dangerous to inject water into the veins although when swim went to hospital they put loads into swim, said they were flushing the line or something?
