Dose - How cautious should SWIM be with using morphine based on previous opiate use

SWIM takes about 200 mg tramadol daily for pain on a screwed up foot surgery. SWIM gets a mild buzz of them
SWIM also is perscribed hydrocodone 5-325's for a broken rib. but hardly ever uses them for pain. still using recreationally
SWIM recently aquired a 30-mg morphine pill with a waxy coating, and SWIM is wondering how much stronger the morphine is than SWIM's current tramadol and hydrocodone. should SWIM skip a dose of the tramadol and hydro when SWIM takes the morphine. SWIM also wonders if SWIM should remove the coating, and if SWIM should, then how would SWIM go about removing it. Thanks in advance for the insight

I would just say be very, very, careful with Morphine considering especially from what I have read in your post you are already taking other opiate-based med. Better to not take it at all than to take it and croak. Be careful.

Im 95% sure hydrocodone is stronger than morphine. I know for a fact that oxycodone and oxymorphone are a lot stronger than morphine. If you take hydro and tramadol regularly then 30mg is completely safe.
