Question Why is Swivy sleeping all the time?

Swivy hasn't been losing sleep or majorly depressed. She hasn't been using more or less than her normal amount of pain meds or benzos. She's just been sleeping through parts of the day, which is unlike her. Even on Adderall, she still sleeps like she'd been partying all night the night before. The only thing that she's had different was surgery a bit over two weeks ago. It was a major surgery, but she didn't sleep like this until a few days ago. What is going on? Why is this happening? Any ideas?
