Effects - Adderall beinge first time-questions answered plz!!

SWIM has been on Opiates for several yrs and Methadone for the last three. SWIM has only taken 1 10mg 'done over the last three days. Almost nothing this week. SWIM hates the way the w/d makes SWIM feel and can not function. Depression has been a big part of this as well. Well, SWIM took Adderall - 2 10mg for the first time and felt normal - the zest for life returned. This is the second night going into the second day w/o any sleep. (approx. 35-40hrs) SWIM has been dosing around 10-20mg every 6-8 hrs and is still very alert and awake but not feeling like cleaning etc... body feels tired. SWIM has been taking in fluid and forced to eat some food.

At times (prob cause SWIM is addicted to ciggs and energy drinks) SWIM feels a little rapid heartbeat but only lasts for 30 mins or so. Same thing happend on effedrah though....

SWIM has not been out for almost a year and a half due to depression and economy, ect.. I could go on and on... Anyhow SWIMS is meeting his friends tonight for drinks.. really hoped SWIM would get a little sleep but used to missing several nights of sleep due to w/d of 'done. SWIM need more energy to make it thru the day and out tonight... Any suggestions on dosing and also SWIM has read that most people like to drink on it??? Is that ok? SWIM figures after the bar SWIM will most certianly crash... lets hope...
