Speed Diet?
A good friend of mine weighs about 130-135KG (Around 300lbs)
My dear friend wants to lose weight but has motivational problems, my friend was thinking about going on a "speed diet". He was telling SWIM about how he was going to get 10 grams, dosing about 1 - 1.5g every night for 2-3 nights, giving it a rest for two days and then repeating the process. My friend was wondering if there were any major health risks to this? He wasn't looking to be 170lbs overnight, but just to drop a good amount of weight.
