Methadone Withdrawal and Adderall

SWIMS has been on opiates for years due to a back injury - car accident. SWIM lost insurance and starting getting limited Methadone three years ago. Needless to say, by the end of the month...anywhere from 3-5 days SWIMS goes into withdrawal. SWIM did stop though...didn't have a choice for 6 months but the first week off the meds was the worst thing SWiM ever went through. A full week with at the most 5 hours of sleep around Christmas. Anyway... SWIM believes the drug is ruining her life and body but is too scared to go thru that again.

Desperate for anything that would help, SWIM aquired a decent sum of Adderall -10mg each. Never injesting this before SWIM took 2 and waiting to see what would happen. 20 minutes later SWIM felt like SWIM hadn't felt in 3 years! Due to the lack of energy, fatigue, diareah, hot and cold sweats etc...SWIM thought this might help. SWIM has been up for 2 days now and has injested 60-70mg each day. SWIM fells great considering the alternative but now needs to know what SWIM can take to fall asleep tonight. SWIM does have 1 10mg Methadone from the clinic... It was a little bit of liquid with 30mg in it. SWIM has never seen or taken this form before. Can SWIM take it to get some sleep??? Last injestion for SWIM was 20mg Adderall, 4hrs ago. What is the best thing u can take to fall asleep after two days of this? Also is the 30mg liquid from the clinic stronger than 30mg pills injested?
