buying hcg and nolvadex from overseas pharmacy w/out prescription

I want to get some hcg and nolvadex from an online pharmacy. Was wondering if anyoneknew how much trouble you can get in for doing that. im in tn and neither are classified as controlled substances here. however the doc won't give me a script they want me to go to a specialist and that is alot of money so im thinkin just buy online. Any comments are appreciated
