What is ketones?

SWIM have now looked at many am-hi-co ketones based legal party pills, but what is Ketones? SWIM have searching in google and can't find what it is?

SWIM is on SSRI and want to know if it have any effects on the diablo xxx or other ketone based party pills?

Last question is ketones legal in denmark?
