I remember when back in the day you could spend a couple of bucks and be fried off of your ass all day long. Now that xtc is so big cid has just faded out of the picture. Maybe its because theres more money out there for that other shit. Whenever I do find acid its bunk or weak as hell. I guess it wasnt meant to be.

You're right! Acid is much more weaker than 10 years before when I
started with it. These days I get just blotters around 60µg begginning
of the 90ies I had some felt like 100 or 90 µg.



Don't know for sure. Maybe it is getting more and more difficult to
produce it, or more expensive...at least more risky. Other reason is,
the kiddies today don't stand something higher 100. I read lots of
threads about horror and thinking loops....and so on. People
change...maybe due to the fact that life sucks more out of them: more
efficiency, more power, more of their personality. Weaker personalities
grow in this world, not able to stand the encounter with the inner
universe.



But Acid still lives...just more hided in smaller groups, scenes...

Acid burns right through you ... XTC is less powerful.


When a person has a Choice between different psychedelics, that choice is made for several different reasons (according to what effects are desired, body load, AND possible trips which are unwanted).


One thing about LSD-25: It digs deeply into areas of consciousness which are normally unavailable to me. Another thing, I must use a bit of my own will-power to keep moving along in the trip. This makes LSD a high-maintenance psychedelic.


While I have not used XTC myself, I have read a bit about its effects. It works more on the feeling I will feel (compassion, universal love) during its trip. It moves (some of) my usual feelings (irritation, anger, ...) out of my use for a while. Therefore, my basic thoughts remain (mostly) there ... but, my way of relating to those thoughts changes during its effects.


If my XTC thoughts above are true, then when I am under the influence of XTC, I am still able to perceive information in anormal manner (unlike LSD, which can change the info to a completely different form), but the way I process those normal thoughts changes into a kinder response. This leaves me more-in-control. So, XTC is a low-maintenance psychedelic (all I have to do is sit back and feel good).


I hope that LSD makes a come-back (or at least is available to me again some day). I am using RCs now. I am grateful that they are here for me to use. But, LSD isone-of-a-kind. I will be happy (enough) for what I have today.


Who knows, some day soon, some bright Chemist may hit upon a new molecule which bridges that gap for me. And, in the mean time, there are many RCs I have not tried yet ... so, one of them may be just what I am waiting for.

For me its reverse, I can find all the LSD I want and no E, which is frustrating because sometimes your in a mood for a different experience. I've been tripping a lot and long for that energetic loving euphoria that is MDMA.

Markins, just go to the right festivals and events...you will find what
you are looking for. "Goa" is the keyword. The bigger events are a bit
more risky (since the Police is sometimes visiting them) but on the
other hand easier to get. I was looking for years as well, then...in
the right places...there is lots of it.

We don't have much of an acid scene here in Ireland but apparently its taking off in a big way. A lot of people go tripping quite regularly these days but I haven't managed to track down much in a while.

XTC is all over the place and dirt cheap. I'm sick of it as a drug though. It's filthy, ruins your insides and renders you useless for two days. I've come to the stage now where the come-up is mere satisfaction and the come-down becomes hell. I'm gonna give it a break. The worst thing about XTC is the damage it does to your mind. I actually feel retarded by the end of the night with a heavy, senseless head packed with head-wrecking endorphins.

SWIM just got off the phone with his old room mate who is at Bonnaroo
right now, and he heard that he just scored 50 hits of acid for $40.
SWIM's friend says that the acid is veeerrrryy good as well. That's
what SWIM likes to hear, none of this $12 a hit bullshit that people
try and charge around some places.



SWIM went to Bonnaroo last year and had the time of his life. Hell,
even the parking lot is like a Wal-Mart of drugs. The drugs will
literally come to you without you even trying.

There is a potent lsd flood in the states at the moment. A nice ending to the drought of the past number of years. Seek and ye shall find or she'll just find you. It is also around in Europe but not as prevailantly. There is some high quality crystal comming out of Chech these days.

there is a lot of dob and doi in the bay area right now, but don't let that discourage you. there is real lsd going around too. dont buy fron the kid in the park that is trying to make his buck selling individual hits. look for a guy that has sheets. ask is it lsd or a sythetic mscaline? ask if it's dob or doi. ask if it's real lsd. the crowds rushing the dob and doi are for the most part being honest with what they have.

there is real lsd all over the west coast. everywhere.

Since i got into it, it's been pretty dry in my areas (ive been living back and forth between two states for a while). but where i am right now in the southwest, no one cares about it. meth is flowing out of the sewers around here, and people are paying zero attention to psychedelics... then again this is a really shallow city. a lot of morons.


I'm moving back again in about a week and it's regaining popularity where i grew up. ive climbed my way up a certain ladder of the subculture that has led me to a place where it's not taken for granted... i think people are complaining about the dry spell because it's not filtered down to street dealers anymore. the only shit that's easier to come by is bunk or weak (SWIM bought two blotter hits from some cokeheadsfor 10 a piece not too long ago and they did absolutely nothing). but i've been hearing of a sort of underground revival of it... it seems to be rising in production, however produced in small batches and it rarely seems to leave certain areas. at least, that's just what ive been hearing as of late.

so far out of all the drugs i have done, acid seems to be the hardest one to find. personally i've only done this once, but i wont hesitate to try it again. byfar one of the most mind changing spirtitual drugs i have taken. my girls friends boyfriend had acouple sheets but that was the last time it came around in my area.Edited by: pancho

LSD is rather hard to find because it doesn't have the easy sell of weed or XTC, or the repeat business of H or Meth, therefore it doesn't have the distribution system they do.


Also there are probably less then 100 people with the ability, knowledge and precursors in the US to make LSD. Add in the fact they are likely professionals with good main jobs and you can understand why they crank out small batches and distribute it selectively. With stuff like weed and meth you have probably hundreds of thousands of producers of varying size.


Plus for the most part the drug market is disturbed by strong psychedelics, at least at this point in time.
