Extraction - So just HOW much opium be concentrated into laudanum

Does anybody have any info on this? I was curious as to how concentrated laudanum could become with opium alkaloids. I know that prescription morphine tinctures have 10mg of morphine / 1 ml, so if the rest of the raw opium alkaloids are similar in solubility then i suppose at least 10mg of opium / 1 ml of tincture. however, pharmacies might only make it 10mg / 1ml because it reduces the risk of overdose, it could possibly be made to be more concentrated. also, similar solubility is a big assumption, and if anybody can point me towards info about the solubility as well as the composition percentage of each alkaloid in opium that would make this easy 9=

i am writing a story about a street medic. he helps people who are fighting the good fight on the streets. sometimes people can sustain serious injuries from the batons of totalitarian pigs in blue uniforms, and the same is true in my story. in such an environment it is much more practical to give people 5ml of a medicine than 50ml. though perhaps my protagonist would do best by extracting out the morphine and making a tincture out of that.
