Dose - oxy for first time

tomorrow swim's getting 10mg oxycodone pills with no acetaminophen, just oxy (he's getting 30 pills)
swim has never done opiates except for tramadol a few times, which were all horrible experiences.
swim's wondering how much should he take the first time. he's planning on doing it during the day so what would be a good dosage to get swim high but still be able to take care of everyday tasks?

also, swim is definetivly going to snort the stuff because insufflation is his method of choice for almost every drug swim does.

oh and swim is on benzos everyday. he does at least 0.5 xanax+10mg valium+0.5 k-pin (he does each one on its own at different moments or sometimes he mixes two of them).

Swiv recommends just starting off with one pill. See where that gets swiy. Remember that swiy can't "untake" a drug once it's in the blood supply. One can always take more if the results aren't what Swiy desired. If Swiy found tramadol awful, he may not like oxy much more, but that may be dependant on what exactly swiy found so bad about the experiences. And do err on the side of caution while taking benzos and being opiate naive. Try a little, see where swiy is, and titrate from there.

And lastly, be careful tangling with this tiger. It's super easy to jack one's tolerance up high, only to be left with no pills and a nasty little bit of withdrawls.

Just SWIM safely, and don't go into the deep side of the pool before learning how to doggy paddle.

only thing tramadol did for swim was giving him insomnia, despersonalization syndrome (when you see whats going on but dont really feel it, kinda like being on "autopilot mode"), the itches and the worst hangover swim ever had, it was horrible, swim felt like trapped deep inside swim's mind and didnt feel the real world, the day after was worst, swim woke up in "autopilot mode" and on top of that he got a severe depression and bizarre feelings"

but swim's not condemning tramadol completely, the first few hours after taking it were kinda fun, giggling with his buddies and feeling warm. he is planning on doing it again sometime but will research a lot about dosage and dealing with side effects before doing it. swim's dosages ranged between 150mg to 250mg in all of his tramadol experience.

swim has to agree with the tolerance thing... swim had been prescribed vike 5's until the tolerance went up, so the doc moved it to vike 10s... now swim is on perk15s (at 23 yrs old). the script is 180 pills every month.... but swims tolerance has gotten so ridiculous, the 180 perk 15s are gone in about 7-8 days.... leaving swim with bad stomach pains and constant trips to the bathroom. the only thing worse then withdrawel pains is wasting your money on pills to hold you over until your script gets renewed.. ughhhh
