Health - suboxone for a day to fentanyl

Hello everybody. If Swim took Suboxone 8mg for a day then took a smaller dose the next day and on that very same day he received two Fentanyl band aids would he have a reduction in effects? This is happening because he did not want to go through wd's for two days until he received the two bandaids that were owed to him by a friend. He was going to go clean until these two free patches fell into his lap. Also Swim's withdrawals are really bad in the mornings more than any thing else through out the day. He starts to get Restless leg syndrome at 4:00am from that point on he doesnt go back to sleep and is awake for the day with no energy. As soon as he takes his subs he feels better but he is running low because he needed extra grocerie money so he sold half the script. It doest get filled to the end of july, any tips. I was thinking to ration the Fentanyl, but he sure does love that stuff and I dont think hes going to stop.
